Shipping Rates and Options

Q: Where is my order shipped from?

A: Stock orders are shipped from Massachusetts and custom printed cocktail accessories ship from Texas. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order.

Q: What shipping options are available?

A: Ground shipping is included in our prices for orders shipped within the continental United States. If your products require an alternate shipping method or you have a special request ship product outside the continental U.S. such as Hawaii, call Customer Service at 1-800-PARTIES for rates.

Q: When is my order shipped?

A: Stock products ship out three business days from the order date. Custom printed items are shipped three weeks from the art approval date. Custom-molded or designed items require six weeks from the art approval date due to the manufacturing process.



Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?


A: No. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes since we ship by FedEx Ground service.

Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination.

Return Policy

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: Stock items are shipped within 3 business days, so if you've made an error contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. For custom printed or designed products, production begins once we receive your signed approval of the art proof, therefore, cancellations or modifications are not possible after this stage. Since your custom product is truly unique, we are unable to accept returns.

Q: What if your product was not received as expected?

A: If you received a product in error (e.g. wrong color, wrong item, damaged, etc.) or if your custom product arrives and is not as indicated on the art proof you approved (e.g. different plastic color), contact Customer Service toll free at 1-800-PARTIES.
